Contrary to most real estate companies, our firm does not employ outside agents. Our clients are sophisticated investors, local businesses, and government agencies that are interested in complete, real-property asset management. Our clients in the private sector are mainly physicians and very successful community centered professionals and retailers, such as automotive dealerships. We employ people with skills in research, data entry, financial analysis, legal, and architecture, as needed.
