HOWARD ROSENTHAL

Howard Rosenthal grew up in family retail and he has an extensive business management and commercial real estate background.

Howard Rosenthal began his career in commercial real estate in 1977, employed by the Considine Company of Atlanta, Georgia. The company, in partnership with the Bass Brothers of Texas, acquired problematic real estate in need of renewal. After initially mentoring under John Prentiss, former vice president of Rousse Development, Baltimore, Maryland, Howard started an independent consulting firm, which only dealt with problem office and retail properties, leasing and management.

From 1984-1987 Mr. Rosenthal was the executive director of The Bank of Hemet's Real Estate Development division. Howard Rosenthal has only worked in real estate as a consultant and owner, never in a real estate brokerage, until the establishment of Rosenthal & Excell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc . in July 1987. Howard approaches real estate, not with an agent's mentality, but as a businessman who is proud of not having a “brokerage mentality”. Howard Rosenthal is a community leader involved with numerous public and private organizations.

Past projects include the Vineyard Shopping Center , 165,000 square feet in Escondido, California, 1977-1981, The Crossings Shopping Center, 225,000 square feet in Atlanta, Georgia, 1981-1982, and the West Side Plaza , 43,000 square feet in Hemet , California , 1987 to present, The 1600 Bank of Hemet Professional Building, 44,000 square feet in Hemet, 1987 to present.

Since 1987, Howard Rosenthal, with his partner, successfully established Rosenthal & Excell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as a prominent Hemet/San Jacinto Valley and southwest Riverside County business.
