Rosenthal & Excell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. opened its doors in July 1987 as a specialized real estate firm creating a range of full services for private and public real estate sectors.
The goals of the company are to provide high-quality services with a professional consulting approach, rather than a Real Estate Agent Brokerage Mentality.
Contrary to most real estate companies, our firm does not employ outside agents. Our clients are sophisticated investors, local businesses, and government agencies that are interested in complete, real-property asset management. Our clients in the private sector are mainly physicians and very successful community centered professionals and retailers, such as automotive dealerships. We employ people with skills in research, data entry, financial analysis, legal, and architecture, as needed.

Our emphasis is to establish realistic, obtainable goals supported by historical data and to design, guide and support our clients through their various needs in acquisition, disposition, management, banking, insurance, and appreciation strategies.
